Programs

The Center for Social Leadership offers three flagship programs, two for senior leaders of nonprofit organizations and the other for high-school aged youth.

For Nonprofits:

If you are a foundation or company (or a nonprofit organization playing a leadership role in your region or focus area – e.g. homelessness, education or health care) and are interested in setting up a week-long conference for various nonprofit organizations in your region, focus area or funding area, the Center for Social Leadership can offer you one of two programs:

Thousands of senior nonprofit leaders have participated in these programs over the past twelve years. (See our list of Nonprofit Leadership Programs Alumni.)

For Youth:

If you are a school or youth organization, we can offer you the Young Leaders Program, which CSL has facilitated and taught to hundreds of low-income youth in Washington, DC over the past ten years, and to thousands of youth in other countries such as Colombia, Mexico and Romania. We can also train your trainers in how to implement this leadership program for your youth population.
